3.Q: How long is the delivery time?

A: We usually arrange the production immediately after receiving your payment if we have the item in stock. Otherwise, please confirm with us for lead time.

4.Q: I don’t know how to use after i receive or i have problem during use, how to do?

A: We can provide team viewer technical supporting online and find out the problem after checking

5.Q;What is the warranty

A: Co2 laser machine whole machine for 1 years (except the consumption parts like lens, mirrors for 3 month) fiber laser marking machine whole machines for 2 years

6. Q:.If there is some problems for some parts during warranty period, will your company repair or replace for me?

A;Yes, we will. Please send the main part back to our company, we will repair and send  back them to you for free within warranty time. If the problem part can not be repaired well, we will send new one to you within warranty time for free.  PS: Not including the consumable parts and Man-made damage.

7Q”.Can I buy spare parts from your company if I have spare parts in the future?

A: Yes, please. Our company supply spare parts for all of our machine.

A: We work with EMS, TNT, UPS, FEDEX and other logistric forwarders. Assigned your own forwarder for shipment is available.
